Young Lycidas Rose, also known as AUSvibrant Rose, is a captivating shrub rose. Its deep – cupped blooms blend deep pink, pink and magenta, exuding a rich tea scent with classic rose fragrance. With an 8 – 10 cm diameter, it blooms repeatedly in clusters. Young Lycidas rose bush stands around 1.5 meters tall, is double – flowered with 90 petals, has semi – glossy, medium – green leaves. It’s disease – resistant, cold – hardy and vigorous. Flowering abundantly and long – lasting, it’s great for cut flowers. This rose, bred by David Austin in 2008, won the First Prize for Perfume in the Barcelona Competition in 2009.
