Mme Alfred Carrière Rose is a large – scale climbing rose, reaching up to 7.5 meters. Its creamy – white, cup – shaped blooms are about 8 cm in size. This vigorous Mme Alfred Carriere Rose has shiny leaves and excellent disease – resistance. Almost thorn – free, it has very fragrant, double – petaled, 10 – cm – wide (pink – hued) flowers. It repeatedly blooms from summer to autumn. The long, elegant and flexible stems, covered with light – green leaves, are perfect for training on arches, fences or pergolas in sun or partial shade. A reliable and durable rose, suitable for north – facing sites. It has won the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit, with flowers blooming freely and continuously from midsummer to fall.
