We promise that the roses you purchase from Your Roses will be of the highest quality and delivered under conditions that guarantee optimal performance. If you followed our planting and care instructions but were unsuccessful, our Dig In Guarantee applies for up to a year from delivery.

All of our roses are carefully hand-packed by our wonderful team and are ready to flourish in your yard. As the authority of Your Rose, we cherish your commitment to creating a better yard. We’re grateful for the trust you have placed in us and are dedicated to your happiness.

Our guarantee encompasses climbing roses, shrub roses ,new types of rose and floribunda roses  for a full year after delivery.

A year allows roses the time to establish and settle in their new environment. Remember, roses have a natural life cycle and take time to fully mature; not all will bloom in the first year. Our online learning centers and team of experts are here to assist you in understanding what to anticipate.

Guarantee Details

When possible, we will arrange a one-time complimentary replacement for you. If the rose is not available, or if it was not suitable for your garden, we will offer a suitable replacement of your choice or a refund.  You are required to cover the shipping cost.
Please note that factors beyond our control, such as human error, weather, aesthetic preferences, and damage caused by hungry critters, are not covered. Human error includes choosing to grow a rose outside the recommended hardiness zone, failing to protect the rose from deer, rabbits, or other animals, and not providing the necessary care while the roses are acclimating or establishing. Thank you for your understanding.
Our customer service team might request photos or additional information to assist in informing quality control and to ensure that our products maintain our high-quality standards.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our team will be glad to help troubleshoot and offer advice to assist you in achieving success with your next planting.

For orders scheduled to ship immediately, you will not be able to cancel once your order is placed.
